Website delivery
The hosting server processes technical connection data such as IP address, time, requested address and browser information to deliver and protect this website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The hosting provider is JumpIT. Data is kept only as long as required for its purpose or legal obligations.
Local storage and this notice
The audited public pages use no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts, images and scripts are loaded from our own web server; no external maps or videos are embedded on normal page loads. Selecting “Close notice” saves only a dismissal flag and an expiry time, after 180 days, in your browser’s Local Storage under fs24-privacy-notice-v1. This is your display preference, not consent to advertising or tracking. The entry is not sent to us and is removed on the next visit after expiry. Use “Privacy notice” in the footer to reopen it at any time. Clearing the website data in your browser also removes this setting. If storage is blocked, you can still close the notice, but it appears again on your next visit.
Price calculator
The calculator is hosted on our own server. It saves calculation inputs and named comparison variants locally under finca-service24-wordpress-v1 so you can reuse them later. These calculation inputs are not sent to us; current rates are retrieved from our own website’s interface. Do not put confidential or personal information in variant names. Data remains until you clear the website data in your browser; individual variants can be removed in the calculator. This functional storage supports the calculator you have chosen to use.
Contact and external links
We process information you send by email, phone or WhatsApp to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, prepare or fulfil a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or to pursue our legitimate interest in answering other enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data is deleted when no longer needed, subject to legal retention duties. The WhatsApp button is an external link. Only clicking it takes you to WhatsApp/Meta, whose privacy terms apply; data may be processed outside the EU. You may contact us by email or phone instead.
Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Any consent can be withdrawn for the future. You may complain to a data protection authority, particularly Spain’s Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
